The upstairs open plan living and kitchen have been renovated and the balcony extended to taken in the views over Geographe Bay, East to Bunbury and North to Curtis Bay.
The extensive grassed area and garden is easily accessed via the external stairs from the alfresco balcony.
Master Bedroom and En-suite are upstairs with the remaining four bedrooms downstairs, with the main bathroom, and laundry.

The House is amazing with beautiful views and a lovely spot - the kitchen is well stocked and the beds were all made up and towels provided. The only one thing is the dust. 3 of the downstairs bedrooms had heaps of dust over the head boards and on top of the door railings but we did notice when anyone walked upstairs the dust fell from the roof which is maybe the cause of the dust being everywhere. We had a huge storm whilst staying there and a downpipe broke away and part of the fence lifted - also some of the window tinting was lifting. Overall this was a beautiful place to celebrate my 70th birthday so thank you to the owners xxx

Three of us stayed at this property and found it to be extremely clean, spacious, and well equipped. The home features five bedrooms, three of which offer lovely beach-facing views. All rooms are tastefully decorated and include extra bedding if required, along with column heaters for those staying during winter.The host was also very accommodating, kindly allowing us to check in early as our flight into Busselton arrived at 11:20am, which was greatly appreciated.The only recommendation I would make is to bring your own beach towels, face washers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner, as these are not provided. Most properties I’ve stayed at do supply these items, so it caught us off guard.A handy tip for future guests: the large kitchen drawers contain hidden inner drawers where you’ll find the cutlery.The beach views are incredibly relaxing, and the property is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. It’s just a short walk to the beach and nearby café, and the supermarket is only a 6-minute drive away, offering everything you might need — including some great WA wines.

The location and upstairs living was a great space with excellent view…the property is in need of some maintenance…it was extremely bright with no window treatments on east facing windows…fine in winter but would be very hot in summer…loved being able to walk into town and to meelup
