This could be a great little hotel but it is in dire need of refurbishing. The staff were wonderful, the town beautiful, and the B&B was in a quiet, small courtyard a short distance form the main duomo. When we arrived, there was a mix-up with our room and we were given a queen room although I was traveling with my adult son. The host did offer to immediately to clean the other room, but we were hot and tired and the room we were given had a wonderful view of the piazza. The continental breakfast delivered to our room was a nice touch.
Many little things affected the stay such as broken items, furniture that needed repaired, torn upholstery, nearly nothing in the kitchenette as far as even silverware. I don't know the situation, but the host was working on another room during our stay and it seemed as though they were in the process of fixing the issues with the property.

good location. the room was spacious. beautifle bed, beautiful chandelier, beautiful antique/vintage chair. loved the room
the bedding felt a bit too old. the bed was beautiful but not quite comfortable, a bit squeaky.

Great location. Easy to find.
Gloomy and dark. Dim lighting and no place to sit down at a table only a low table. No street views from any windows.

Quiet neighborhood
Everything felt in disrepair. Internal door handle to reception is loose. Toilet flush barely worked. Shower door missing a handle. Shower head damaged
