Everything was fine. Especially Cin, the girl who help us in everything we've need and great english level.
The problem, as in all china, is that not everyone is able to speak in english

size of room and cleanliness .
Nothing else worth mentioning
1) These 2 Deluxe rooms were selected for 2 double beds but we were given rooms with 1 extra-large double bed . We only found out this when we entered our rooms We checked in early (around 2:30 pm) so I believe our selected rooms should be available .
2) Based upon our booking with Booking.com. , Deluxe Room should come with Executive Lounge Access . Upon confirming this during check in , we were told NO and we must pay to enjoy this access . The front desk even asked us to contact Booking.com to clarify before they proceed with our check in . If the fault really lies with Booking.com , I would expect some form of compensation .
3) We were asked by the Customer Relation lady ( who was in charge of our check in )to pay extra RMB 200 per room per night if we were to enjoy Executive Lounge Access but we turned it down as this is ridiculous to carry on with such conversation . I could help but feeling being taken advantage of by this demand .
4) DURING check in , I was asked to place a deposit of RMB 10,000 with my credit card which I did . Upon check out , the total bill came to RMB 7127.98 . The NORMAL practice from all my hotel experience is that the hotel will cancel the deposit , then bill the actual amount in a new transaction . Wanda Vista is different - they will off set the actual charge from your deposit and let the credit card company refund the balance to me later (THIS WAY , THEY WILL GET A LARGER SUM UP FRONT). Ignoring the fluctuation in exchange rate , I believe I will incur A) higher charges by the credit card company since the deposit is larger than the actual , B) a possible exchange loss due to the refund will be converted back from RMB to my home currency . I have to spend lots of time in convincing the lady at the check out counter that this is not acceptable . She after checking with her colleague , have agreed to perform the transaction the NORMAL way . I will have to check with my credit card company upon my return to my home country.
