the staff are not keen to speak English, which i expect it’s normal to get it from Shangri-La related hotel.

Prima hotel gelegen nabij het centrum van kunming direct naast de metro: zeer verzorgde ruime moderne kamers met alle faciliteiten die je mag verwachten van een vijf sterrenhotel. Uitgebreid ontbijt met meerdere westerse opties. Hotel heeft een groot binnenbad
Een badmuts op in het zwembad is wel een beetje overdreven… de gangen zijn verder wat gehorig.
