Really friendly staff, and free coffee through the day. A great location for exploring La Candelaria and the Gold Museum etc.
The room furnishings were a bit basic, and it had a skylight with no curtains so got light pretty early in the morning. Even though I asked for a quiet room, the room I was given tended to be quite noisy through the evening with music playing from a nearby bar, but at least it quietened down after midnight. I stayed three nights and the staff didn't come to clean my room, empty the trash (bathroom), change the towels at all. When I booked a day before arrival, they also said it was too short notice to help arrange a taxi from the airport - so I was on my own for that, which in Bogota could be a little intimidating. Breakfast was fairly basic - eggs and two slices of white toast with a dollop of jam.

Room with 4 beds all same level (not superposed).
I was lucky to be alonefor the 2 nights !
Room has no window ! Has some humidity.
Lighting in the room very low.
No possibility to hang closes or put them in a cupboard.
Only 2 electric charging slots placed by 1 bed for a 4-bed room.

Good location and low cost. We met other people here. The free breakfast was also good. Staff were friendly.
Our room was damp and had mould on the walls. When we told staff, they were really kind and moved us into a better room, but unfortunately it still had some damp and mould and it made me unwell during our stay. If they could fix this issue I would stay again as everything else was good.
