Located in Guia, this lovely villa for $237 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. A very spacious villa located on the hillside overlooking Vale da Parra to the sea. The 'Blue Flag' beaches of Sao Rafael and Gale are only a 5 minute drive away. The villa is very tastefully furnished to a high standard. The mosaic tiled swimming pool (10m x 5m) has Roman steps, and is surrounded with terraces and gardens, with a pool shower. The pool has a salt water system, which makes the pool particularly pleasant to swim in, as in normal use, no chlorine is added. The property is totally enclosed by walls and electrically operated gates. Free WiFi available. Golf There are many Golf courses around Vale de Parra. All courses are 18 holes unless otherwise stated. Salgados - 5 minutes from Vale de Parra. Morgado – 28 minutes from Vale de Parra. It is on the way to Portimao but inland. We had a wonderful second stay at this beautiful villa. Located close to beaches and restaurants but tucked up on a quiet hill where you can enjoy the morning sounds of birds, a stunning view and gorgeous sunsets. A clean, well appointed villa and would definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful time at this villa, it is huge and very well equipped and the pool is great.
Location was good for us as we had a car, under 10 minutes drive from restaurants, shops and the beach, but a supermarket and restaurant within 5 minutes walk (can recommend O Barca!).
Can happily recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to stay in the Algarve in a quiet location but within an easy drive of all amenities.

The villa was much bigger than we thought, the pool was the absolute highlight. The whole family enjoyed spending every day by it. The location was lovely although walking up the hill was a bit of a killer! Marina and old town only 5-10 minutes in a taxi and the local firm was really reasonable and reliable. We will be looking to book again in the future

Booked for a multi-generation stay for 7. Communication throughout whole process, from original booking to leaving excellent. Villa clean and very well-equipped. Plenty of room to all gather in communal areas but equally plenty of space for a quiet read. Pool is a good size and lovely to spend time around. Local shop and restaurants a short walk away. Would recommend highly.

The villa was even better in real life than it looked in the listing. The large pool was a favourite with the kids and the rooms were all well furnished and comfortable. The garage was a good bonus to help keep the car cool from the July heat. The villa was in a good location, with a well stocked supermarket and a few restaurants within walking distance. It was in a great location to use as a base to explore Alburfeira and the wider area.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider booking again.

We had a great 2 weeks at Villa Harmonia. Its massive compared to the photos and really well laid out with 4 bedrooms (one definitely only a single) and a fab balcony off the kitchen and a beautiful roof terrace with views out to the sea. The pool is equally a geeat size with the added bonus of an large garage to keep the car in and cool! David was really responsive to all my questions and also helped me out a lot on check out day which was a bonus as i was travellong with elderly parents. Great location with a well stocked supermarket 5 mins walk away and some greet restaurants also not far but we did use the car for them due to my parents. Will definitely be coming back!!

Excellent and spacious villa
Excellent villa with all essential items and facilities for a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Fantastic pool and outdoor space, with a spacious and comfortable interior for family living. Close to beaches which are within walking distance but a car would be needed for young families or the elderly . All in all an excellent holiday with great communication from the owner David. This villa is strongly recommended!

Mooie nette ruime villa, met een geweldige groot zwembad.
Zwembad had wel verwarmd mogen zijn........maar als je er eenmaal in bent is het goed te doen.
Verder een super week gehad alles aanwezig en een schitterende omgeving.
Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

We had originally booked our stay for July but because of Covid restrictions had to postpone the trip. David couldn't have been more accommodating and understanding & happily rebooked our family in for September.
We had a fabulous stay! The house was perfect for a multi-generational holiday as there was plenty of space. The pool was a highlight. Within walking distance of a great supermarket that serves coffee and pastries including Portuguese tarts.

Amazing villa in a perfect location
I fully recommend this property and are planning on going back to it - we have never gone back to the same place twice!!
We are a family of three and this villa is great. It is huge and had everything that we needed and some.
The owner has been really helpful and provided us with lots of information prior to our arrival.
The location is perfect for shops, beaches and total relaxation.
We agree with other guests that the photos really do not do it justice.
The other bonus is that the TV has English channels accessible which was good for us with going in the winter months - gave us something to do on the cold nights.

It’s a really good location as it’s just 10 minutes max in the taxi to the old town (the best part of Albuefeira) and then around 15 minutes to the strip. There’s a number in the welcome pack for an English man who has a big 7 seater who was more than happy to collect us every night as we went out and picked us up to take us back home (and we got home quite late some nights). The only problem we had was on the first night as we arrived late and were confused by the instructions. As we got there late we thought the instructions said there will be a safe on the property with the keys and the owner gave us the code for it. However, the safe is actually just outside the property office which is about 5 minutes away in the car (maybe less). This was our fault for misunderstanding the instructions but incase anyone has the same problem go to the office first if your arriving late! Overall it’s was an amazing place to stay. They really give you your space and don’t bother you. But they do also send maids around every few days which is good. The pool was gorgeous and there is a big supermarket 5 minute walk down the street. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a villa!

It has full air conditioning, WiFi and all the useful amenities you could want such as a dishwasher, a washing machine oven, microwave and outside barbeque.It is set in a quiet location behind iron gates, with fantastic views all the way to the coast. The closest supermarket is 2-minutes drive and there are several bars/restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive. Moreover, you can reach 3 different beaches within 10-minutes, but you need to be there early to secure a parking space. That said, they are not excessively busy, so you are not fighting to secure your area of sand! There is a huge double garage that keeps the car both cool and clean and the swimming pool is fantastic.There are 3 double bedrooms and a single room. 2 of the doubles have en suite bathrooms and access to a substantial patio on the top floor and the 3rd double bedroom and the single room share a bathroom on the floor below.The kitchen is large and very well-equipped and the living room/dining room is spacious and generally cool, although we only ever ate on the patio. English terrestrial TV is accessible, but not Sky.We loved this property. David, the owner, was great to work with and the property management firm in Portugal was excellent and very helpful.Truthfully, I don’t think the photos do it justice and I would recommend staying here without hesitation, especially families. The only exception would be for those seeking a busy/noisy nightlife. If that’s the case, this location would not be so suitable.Finally, Faro Airport is 35-minutes away and there is a large shopping mall in Guia, with about 125 stores, just 10-minutes away by car.We certainly intend to return, as we loved it.

Location was great very peaceful (except for the local cockerel which my daughter named “Frank”). Supermarket 10 minute walk away, Gale beach a 10 minute drive, parking is at premium so arrive early (we used to arrive about 9:30am to get a spot close to the beach). Also be prepared the sea is cold!Albufeira Marina not far with great places to eat and drink, can recommend Restaurant Solar just down the road good food, service and reasonable prices.We visited the two water parks and Zoomarine I would recommend Aqualand rather than slide and splash as it’s a bit quieter but it does have less rides. Zoomarine good day out but again arrive early to get a spot inside the park. You can hire sunbeds and parasols at the parks and it’s cheaper to buy the tickets online before you get there.Our only criticism regarding the villa are that the two single beds in the two twin rooms are not very not comfortable, they are very low to the floor and the mattress is extremely thin.We also thought that the patio furniture could do with an upgrade and the Wi-Fi could also benefit from an upgrade (it only really works in the lounge and kitchen areas).On the whole a great holiday thanks David!

This was our first visit to Portugal and we were unsure what to expect. I have to be honest we had a few hiccups and maintenance issues during our stay, but overall this did not detract too much from the enjoyment of the property.This villa is huge, a fantastic living space and the photos do not really do it justice. The pool was amazing and very well maintained and the plentiful sunbeds and umbrellas added to the enjoyment of the space. There are beautiful gardens at the front of the villa and it is very private even though it is next to the road which gives access to further villas up the hill. At the back of the villa there are steps leading to a patio and swing seat which give fantastic views towards Gale Beach. The villa is well equipped and we made the most of the barbecue on the patio. The beds were very comfortable and maid service part way through the week to change the towels was very welcome.Security of the villa was very apparent with an alarm system and security gate. The only issue with this is that we arrived very late at night and in the dark did not read the letter accompanying the keys - we just wanted to get in! So the alarm went off! It would be helpful if we had been advised to follow the alarm instructions we had been given in advance!Over the week we had a few maintenance issues regarding electric which kept cutting out. The maintenance man was brilliant as was the electrician, although I don't think it was quite resolved by the time we left. In addition there was a water leak from the shower in the master bathroom, again something to be sorted out and the key for the internal garage door needs renewing as this is your main access down to the pool during the day. Even with these issues, we had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this villa. It was an amazing place to stay. There is a well equipped shop 5 minutes walk down the road and Gale beach is about 5 minutes drive. I think a hire car is essential to get about. We would definitely stay at this villa again.
