The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff are very kind and helpful.
There is too much pressure on the staff, as requests often take a long time and require multiple calls to room service. However, I would like to highlight that the staff is very kind and doing their best.
The main point of dissatisfaction is the restaurant menu, which is very limited and does not meet the standard expected from a 5-star hotel.

The rooms are stunning. Combining charm and comfort in a unique way. Pools are beautiful and always very clean, overall cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. always making sure we were well taken of.
very poor mobile network and WI-FI connection. It was difficult to stay connected, which could be a problem for those who need internet access during their stay.

Most staff were friendly.
Inconstancies throughout the whole stay. Inconsistent service, inconsistent cleanliness.
I had to call the front desk to ask for shampoo and shower gel multiple times. They do not stock the room with amenities.
My block had water and electricity shut off. They were restored at a later time. Not sure what the issue was.
A bad incident happened when I was getting a massage. A female guest entered the room and started arguing about her appointment with the masseuse. The masseuse left the massage room; I felt highly uncomfortable and had to put my shirt back on and leave the room. The management did mot do a good a job in addressing the issue. They offered another massage the following day and I declined. I see this as a safety concern that I did not expect from the hotel.
Service at the beach and buffet restaurant is lacking. The waiters tend to serve a few tables multiple times without checking on other guests. You either have to go to the bar yourself (or even get cutlery) to get a drink or if you are lucky and they see you when you constantly wave at them.
Apparently, the hotel hires a number of seasonal workers and it is evident they do not receive adequate guest service training.
