The location CANNOT be beat!! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. Not hard to find; we just met the host and he gave me the keys and even allowed us to check in early, so we could drop our bags and make it to our museam time!! Very nice host and room was acceptable. I loved the shutters for the windows - they seemed old but VERY nicely maintained. You could open them to let in the fresh air and close them if the street got too noisy - they blosked the noise quite well!
Even for European standards, the bathroom was too small. Keep in mind that it was added after the fact to an old building and was done well but it could stand to be just a little bit bigger, in my opinion.
