It was a bit weird that I had to leave my key at the front, maybe I should have looked into this further before my stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, with most major attractions in Florence within walking distance. This made it very convenient to explore the city on foot.
The elevator starts from the second floor, so carrying heavy luggage can be challenging. The room quality is average with very basic amenities. There is no kettle, and the TV is very small, similar in size to a small computer monitor. Suitable for a short stay, but expectations should be kept modest.
