Exceptional

Oh, this one is a really really great property. Everything is new inside (contrary to my experience in Greece where you usually find some old or broken furniture) and extremely clean. Photos fully correspond to what we saw in the room. Cleaning every day and changing bed sheets every three days exactly as described. Wi-Fi and air-con worked fine. Nice patio. We used kitchenette and refrigerator a little too. Short walking distance to the beach. Maria is a super friendly host! Would definitely come back again if visiting Zakynthos again.

AMAZING staying and facilities, AMAZING garden view, you can enjoy fantastics greek mountains!

Maria, the host, was amazing! super super gentil, nice and open to help us with absolutely everything we asked for! The first day we arrived, the kitchen light bulb burned out, and she fixed it quickly, then we needed some needles and pins for clothes that we've broken by accident and Maria put some for us at the apartment the same day i asked for! super super greatefull for the attention we received :)

The bathroom curtain gets wet too fast :P

Superb

We really liked this location! Very nice owner, very clean and comfy. It was really close to the beach and all the restaurants. Cleaning was done every day, the owner is really nice and helpful with everything you need (she even let us check in earlier in the morning and told us, if we needed, we can stay longer in the day of the checkout). The bathroom was the surprise of this location, so modern and full of natural light. Beautiful balcony with a lot of flowers and trees in front. We had some amazing nights there! We had no problem parking our car at the location. Alykanas is for sure a nice village with easy access to all those beautiful beaches in the north-eastern zones of the island (if you rent a car).

There was a lot of noise during the night, actually in the first 2 days it was really hard for me to sleep because I could hear outside a lot of scooters, motorcycles, horse carts etc. So if you are a light sleeper, make sure you will take some earplugs or smth. The access road to the beach is quite dangerous because there is no sidewalk, only for cars, scooters, ATVs etc. Make sure you pay a lot of attention there!

exceptional little gem

stunning place pretty room fresh and clean and bright bed was comfy and spotless all little touches like Extra plugs a bug plug extra hanging space on wall plenty of hangers hairdryer big cups and mugs and large glasses bottle of water in fridge when we arrived bathroom was spotless too with cute storage for your things Maria was lovely gave us extra pillows and a blanket we have been to alykanas for 12 years and never knew about this little gem just 2 mins from supermarket close to everything we will never stay anywhere else now this is for us the cleanliness was exceptional x

Clean, peaceful, beautiful with 200% focus on the customer

we absolutely loved the studios! they have everything you need. Cleaner than a hotel! it was so nice to come “home” to my bed made every day :) the AC worked perfectly, there is a safe… we slept great. the property is set just seconds away from the hustle and bustle of Alikanas- the supermarket and all restaurants are just a one minute walk yet you get all the peace and quiet when you’re in your studio. perfection. the location is also perfect especially if you rent a car. it’s located in a superb area with amazing beaches all around but even if you don’t have a car, everything is in walking distance. win win! Maria is a wonderful host and we are so grateful for her hospitality. I am happy that we chose Patrinos! don’t hesitate to stay here- I really can’t think of one negative thing about it and I’ve traveled a lot!

perfect location for beach/bars restaurants.Room kept immaculately clean and towels and bedding changed regularly.air conditioning works well keeping room cool and also having free safe is added bonus.outside the gardens are well maintained and cared for with a variety of flowering plants

Exactly what we wanted for our first stay so we could explore both alikanas and alykes.

Great location 2 minutes walk to bars restaurants, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 5- 10 minute walk to alykes. The room was much better than we expected, clean, comfortable and very large powerful shower. Maria our host was lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay.

Room in great position Close to bars and tavernas and easy walking distance to the beach. Bed really comfy, bathroom roomy fab shower. Cooking facilities good if you needed to use them on odd night. Maria friendly host eager to please. Lovely place to stay.

Excelent in every way

The property is close to the beach, 5 minutes walk, a Spar supermarket is close by and many good restaurants around that you can reach in a few minutes by foot. Location was clean, beautiful trees and flowers all around the yard, parking space. It is a quiet location, with WiFi, kitchen is equipped with kettle, toaster and all the necessary dishes of course. They are all new or at least they look impeccable! I liked the mosquito repellent that was plugged in, just in case. Working air conditioning, cosy balcony. Maria is a great host, she told us we could check in earlier since our flight landed in the morning and even let us have a late check-out, free of charge. Thanks! I’ll definitely come back next time here! We’re even planing on that for the next summer!

Everything was great! I highly recommend this place. We had a family room (a double bed and two single beds) on the ground floor. A great terrace where we spent pleasant evenings in the company of ticking cicadas. The hostess, Maria very helpful. Thank you! ☺️

Very nice staff, location close to restaurants and the beach, we liked the fact that the room was very clean, the bed comfortable. We had a nice stay in this location.

The location is great. Close to the main road, but not noisy, close to supermarket, shops, restaurants, a couple of minutes walk to the beach, nice view of the mountains in the back. The room was a good size, very clean, wonderful bed. The host, Maria, is very helpful, good person, and overall a great host.

Good location, great host and low price

Maria was the best host, always very nice and really helpful. The service was at the high level and our room was always properly cleaned. Location is good - 5 minutes walk to beach, in Alikanas but very close to Alykes, by the mountains view. Place is friendly and has warm atmosphere, we highly recommend it.

Clean and cozy rooms

Maria, the owner of the hotel, was very kind and friendly. She was willing to help us with a lot of stuff relating to our stay, arrival and departure and give us any advice we needed. In general, the communication with Maria was fantastic. Room was very clean and cozy. The location was also great, since it is close to the one of the most beautiful beaches in Zante, Xigia beaches, and because of the fact that it is peaceful and calm there. To our surprise, there was also not many mosquitoes which we appreciated.

Everything was alright.
