Location and the green outlook.
It was u seasonably hot in Paris for early September - and this meant the apartment was warmer than expected. I had raised this with my hosts before arriv8ng and 5hey kindly provided a small electric fan which was ver6 helpful.

Friendly host
Location near to two main stations, the canal and plenty of Boulangeries etc.
Very clean, great shower. Water and chocolates a nice touch. Toiletries.

L'appartamento si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Gare de l'Est, e quindi vicino a treno e metro, e dal Canal Saint Martin, quindi posizione molto pratica! Vicino al canale ci sono alcuni ristoranti e bar.
L'appartamento è un monolocale piccolino, ma molto funzionale!
Ci ha accolte Sylvain, il proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile, che ci ha spiegato tutto ed è sempre a disposizione.
Non ho niente da segnalare.

The location is very good near the east and north railway stations.
The property is small and expensive.The period we stayed was very hot in Paris,it’s too hot as there was not air conditioning in room.Thank host for giving a electric fan.
