En tant que voyageur fréquent sur Booking.com je ne comprends pas vraiment les évaluations trop positives de cet appartement. Cert, il était propre à notre arrivée et la communication avec l’hôte s’est passé très bien, mais laisser 400 euros de caution nous a fait quand même peur après avoir vu l’appartement …….
L’appartement est situé au 5ème étage (presque 100 marches) dans un immeuble sans ascenseur. Pourquoi ce petit détail très important pour les personnes âgés ne pas renseigner dans la description principale (en français) sur Booking. Malheureusement il manque de l’entretien !!! Orienté plein sud l’appartement (sans clim.) se réchauffe d’avantage, surtout parce qu’il manque le rideau extérieur coté fenêtre de la cuisine, celui de la chambre j’ai trouvé parterre sur le balcon. Le frigo pas dégivré depuis en certain temps, VMC pleine de poussières, la barre de douche se décroche du mur et le pommeau de douche plein de tartre, sans parler de l’abattant WC mal fixé ou certains trous (dangereux) dans le parquet.

It was the perfect location for us. You are really close to a metro station and really fast in the center of Paris.
The flat has all the necessities like ventilators which were very helpful in the hot weather.
The flat is in the 5. floor with a lot of stairs but because of that, the air ventilation with open windows was excellent.
The little folder with all the recommended groceries shopping and eating out places was really nice too. Perfect if it is your first stay in that area!
Late in the evening and at night it does not seem the safest but other than that it was great.

Es handelt sich um eine Ferienwohnung, das Frühstück haben wir selbst bereitet. Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden.
Die Betten waren gut. Die Wohnung war schlicht eingerichtet, hatte aber pariserischen Charme.
5 Treppen mit 98 Stufen waren jeden Tag zu bewältigen, das stärkt die Kondition.

Die plötzlich geforderte Caution von 300€ hat den Aufenthalt wesentlich kompliziert. Die Wohnung lag im 5. Stock und hatte keinen Aufzug. Toilette und Bad waren winzig klein.
