The bathroom, capsules, shower lounge were pretty clean. Staff could speak some English. I liked the women's floor door had a lock on it (though sometimes guests wouldn't close it all the way for it to lock properly). There were mang trash cans and the lockers were good to have too. Price was pretty affordable for the Tokyo area.
Bed, mattress and pillow felt way too hard and weird parts jutted out inside the capsule so I constantly bumped my body. There were some weird smells in some places of the hotel. Locker area was too narrow to pass when 2-3 guests at a time took a long time re-packing their bags/suitcases there. Toilet stalls were pretty small. Even one curtained changing area in the corner of the capsule area would have been nice.

The place is very clean, the building is old but the facilities are really good
The small private locker that they give u, and the fact that u gotta leave ur stuff at the entrance.

The sauna room was amazing. Shower room was good, too.
The capsule was kind of cold, the bed sheets were not thick enough to keep me warm. I had to use my own down jacket.
