アメニティは自分で自由に交換出来ます。コインランドリーも地下にあるので、いつでも洗濯出来ます。周辺にはスーパー、飲食店、ドンキなど何でもあります。五反田駅(JRや浅草線)まで徒歩5〜7分です。
部屋に流し台が付いてるので便利です。
建物自体の空調が悪いのか、ドアの隙間から外気が流入して来ます。(マナーの悪い宿泊客が部屋でタバコを吸うと、煙が通路に漏れて、さらに他の部屋に流入して来ます。臭いのきつい香水も同じです。)
マナーの悪い宿泊客が夜中に騒ぐと、各部屋に響きます。
冷蔵庫は冷凍庫付きにしてほしいです。
鍵が壊れていたのか、窓が開かなかった。

値段がかなりお手頃で個室なので良かった
今回は仕事に集中するために借りたが、おかげでよい1日になった
周りにも美味しい飯屋が多いので助かる
繁華街が近いので遊び好きな人は合うと思う
自分の目的としては特に不便はない
