Very comfortable place to stay if you work in the area, or want to be away from city tourist traps.

Easy walk to Damen Mall that had all we needed for a long stay (2 months). Restaurants, Pharmacy, Groceries, Post Office - all the essentials. There is even an underground path if the monsoon breaks and the rain is pouring down. Another option is Sunway Pyramid, about 10 minutes by car, if you want a more upmarket experience. Good amount of room for Mum and Dad and 2 teenagers. You could fit more with younger kids too. Must add that the rooftop pool was lovely at all times of the day. Many thanks to the managing agent who was very fast in attending to a couple of minor maintenance issues. Always very helpful.

Traffic can be an issue here. Some days, it takes 5 minutes to be away and on to the nearest highway .. some days it takes over 30. Hard to pick, but best to just relax and turn up the radio. Often police arrive to help direct traffic and keep it running smoothly. Its a busy area, so be prepared for traffic noise if you open the windows. Free Wifi is handy, and great for emails, Tik Tok, movies and reading the news. At 30Mbps, however, its a bit slow for heavy downloads.

Lovely and welcoming apartment with a great location.

I was directed by the host to collect the keys from a locked box. This was a fairly straightforward procedure, after the host had provided a the lock code. I also liked the valet parking in front of the main lobby that made dealing with our luggage much easier. The host provided us with a 3 bedroom apartment (2 double, 1 single) when I requested and paid for a 2 double apartment (thank you kindly for that!) at no extra cost. I also loved the fact that the Da Men Shopping Complex was just across from the main lobby.

The main bedroom air-conditioning probably needs a good service as it was blowing hot air most of the time. Some of the plugs (2nd bedroom) weren't working. I think the apartment would also benefit greatly from a new sofa set. Besides these, it was a clean and lovely apartment.

Superb

Liked the place, location. Very convenient. Nearby malls n shopping marts easy to excess.

Had a little problem while checking in with the excess card. But the owner solved it ASAP.

Didn’t had parking option. They had tv but didn’t provide any cable and channel service.

All furniture and electronics were very good.

The kitchen does not have gas. There was a stove and a cylinder, but the cylinder was empty. The property was informed of it, but the property did not provide me gas.

No free parking. Extra mattress with blood stain very bad the owner should take look on cleanliness very bad experience. this is hygiene issue. I sent few messages not bother answer but they sent text messages via WhatsApp asking us to pay deposit for any damages which is fair and enough. I did enquire about free parking no response sent tariff rate for parking they should advised NO FREE PARKING. Master bed room bed noisy whenever I turn there is sound please change

The apartment was so big and easier for us to go anywhere. And also it is safe. Gym, Sauna and swimming pool i love it!

Good location but not recommended

spacious, considered clean and strategic location

Some furnitures should be refurbished and would be great if there are addition tables. The wall seems to be very ‘thin’ as we can hear constant noises from above and from LRT.

Not sure and not so happy because the TV and WiFi doesn't work at all although clean but the unit cannot see anything outside not like we expect to be nature's view 😌

TV and WiFi not working+++ view is just back of building before booking it's stated garden view 😌

Overall quite satisfactory

Convenience of food/restaurants locations. Very easily accessible @ Damen Mall which is located just across the street.

Cleanliness. Very obvious that the housekeeping team did not do a good job. (1) The dish cloths, hand towels @ kitchen are all stained and dirty looking. Bath towels have all turned grey from white... Bathrooms were not very clean. We bought our own toilet cleaner to clean the bathrooms and toilet seats/bowls before using the facilities. The maintenance team also need improvement. The main door lock malfunctioned, shower head was broken and master bath was clogged - bathroom floods after shower. Washing machine needs servicing too - the softener compartment was clogged - not working. Dryer door not functioning well. BUT technical support from host was EXCELLENT when it came to door lock and bathroom maintenance. The host only provided us with one set of lift access card and keys. Would be excellent if two sets could be provided because there were 4 of us. We had to travel everywhere together in a group otherwise there would be an issue entering the unit.

very disappointed not like in the picture toilet was very smelly I requested for extra bed didn’t get , the bed was very dirty and so many rules !!! can’t party this that everything!
