Confusing on arrival to get in room. Lock broken on one bathroom door. Not enough dishes in kitchen

Fabryka has one of the best locations in the Bergen city center. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful when I contacted them by chat and phone. The check-in instructions were sent well in advance and we had a smooth check-in. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and the toilets are common but there 3 bathrooms on the floor, so you can find always available bathroom and toilet. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped an you can eat and cook your own food.
In the rooms there is not any wardrobe and you should keep your clothes and stuff on the floor. I would rather to have at least some hangers on the walls where I can put my jacket or towel. The noise from which everybody is complaining is not a problem at all because it usually happens when the people go to toilet and shower and this is not during the sleeping hours between 00:00 and 08:00 am. I had a very good sleep in Fabryka with ear plugs.

Location is very nice.
We were promised to have a wardrobe and a table but we did not get any of it. In our room there were only one bed and a night table, which was the most uncomfortable as we did not even have a place to dry our towels. Kitchen was supposed to be shared but the only thing we put in the fridge - youghurt - got stolen. In the evenings there was an awful smell from the kitchen as the doors are left open. Bathrooms usually smelled very bad. Pictures represent something very different as the room really is.
