Fabryka has one of the best locations in the Bergen city center. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful when I contacted them by chat and phone. The check-in instructions were sent well in advance and we had a smooth check-in. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and the toilets are common but there 3 bathrooms on the floor, so you can find always available bathroom and toilet. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped an you can eat and cook your own food.
In the rooms there is not any wardrobe and you should keep your clothes and stuff on the floor. I would rather to have at least some hangers on the walls where I can put my jacket or towel. The noise from which everybody is complaining is not a problem at all because it usually happens when the people go to toilet and shower and this is not during the sleeping hours between 00:00 and 08:00 am. I had a very good sleep in Fabryka with ear plugs.

the location was great
never received the check in email so had to wait for someone downstairs
our rooms windows were facing the terrace and even with curtains shut people could still take a peak into our room
when i was leaving the hotel the lock on the front gate was so hard to unlock i just went through some other business because it started breaking my nails
