gerne wieder für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Die Lage ist ruhig, in einem Hinterhof. Das Quartier ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein Bad mit Badewanne ist praktisch, wenn man Kinder dabei hat. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch im Schlafzimmer mit Dreifachverteiler. Sehr nützlich zum Laden diverser Handys, Tablets und Laptops. WLAN ist vorhanden. Zum Quartier gehört kein Parkplatz, man muss in der Umgebung danach suchen, aber so in maximal 200m Entfernung war immer was frei.

Im Eingangsbereich fehlen ein paar Garderobehaken und vielleicht ein kleiner Schuhschrank. Auch im Bad und Schlafzimmer wären ein paar weitere Haken ganz sinnvoll. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer fand ich etwas unbequem für Erwachsene, aber für Kinder haben sie bestimmt einen zusätzlichen Spassfaktor. Auch das Ausziehsofa ist eher ein Schlafplatz für Kinder.

Lots of space and quiet location but easy for travel by public transport into city. Being close to Playmobil turned out to be really good- the girls loved a day there. The property owner was really helpful and available by phone for any questions.

The standard is generally really good but some elements- like the bath - are getting worn out. There were hairs on the bathroom floor- mainly in corners and some of the crockery in the wasn’t cleaned properly. The actual bungalow was hard to find. These issues didn’t spoil our visit & I would definitely recommend the bungalow. I would stay there again sometime.

A perfect holiday stay!

Spacious and modern style, helpful hosts, quiet setting, Has everything a guest might need, including the addition of a mini dishwasher since I last stayed there. I've stayed there several times........love it!

This is not an issue for me, but persons with a car should know that there is no reserved parking.

Very comfortable and clean apartment

The apartment was clean and very convenient for a family with children. The owner was very friendly and the communication with him was excellent!

The oven could be a bit more equipped. For example a baking sheet, Backing paper and oven gloves would be nice.

Exceptional stay

I've been in lots of places by now, but this is one of the top 3 by far! New and nice bungalow, everything works perfectly and it's nice, spacious and most of all, utterly clean! When you enter it smells so good that you don't leave the place. Towels and sheets also smelled good. Beds were also comfortable. There were places to park the car closeby. Supermarket just a few steps away and city center in walking distance. I'd definitely come back when visiting Nuremberg and the surroundings.

I had an outstanding stay in a most outstanding holiday apartment.

I have stayed at this apartment several times. I enjoy the style, spaciousness and comfort of it, including a designated work area and every possible thing needed to live comfortably there. The host family is very cordial, responds to messages promptly, and accommodates special requests and individual needs. I've stayed in a lot of holiday apartments in a lot of places. This is one of my favorites..

Since I did not have a car, this was not a problem for me. However, as far as I know, thee is no designated parking, which could be a negative for some people.

Great big clean bungalo with everthing you need for a short stay. Could park a car nearby in 50 meters. Contactless check-in. Great value for its price. Highly recommended

In a word. WOW !!! This apartment has it all.......space, comfort, flair, You'll love it, I did,

Spacious and modern feel. Cordial and helpful host.

I had a minor problem with the lock at the building's front door a couple of times. However, I was able to easily get friendly help.

Amazing bungalow, very cozy and spacious.

Very spacious, cozy and clean bungalow. There was a remote check in and check out, very comfortable for us. Everything was spotless clean. Towels and sheets smelled so fresh and nicely and were very soft. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything that you need for cooking etc. Communication with the owner was very quick and smooth. Parking is on the street near by. My kids were allowed to play in the garden. I only wish we could stay longer. Thank you so much for everything.

Very good

Very friendly old lady living in the opposite room guide and supports us.

Reply, it is not the old lady mentioned below, to our calling is quite late. Then we must wait on a cold and rainny road for a long time to get reply. The waiting point displayed in a map app is not the acctual hotel place. It also cofused us.
