About this house rental

New porch, steps, siding, roof, windows, outdoor shower and more! 4BR/2BA - BR1:1Q, BR2:1F, 1T, BR3:1Q, BR4:2T, this beautiful light-filled home is perfect for your family vacation! You will fall in love at first sight too! Two living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and two washer/dryers. New LVP flooring and two bright new tiled bathrooms in 2023. Enjoy a beautiful ocean view from the living areas and kitchens, and from a beautiful, large covered front porch. HVAC, ceiling fans, quartz countertops, cable TV, WIFI, outdoor dining and grilling area, hot/cold outside shower, books and games, boat parking in back and more! No Smoking. No Pets. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stay only. 2-night minimum rates available in Value - Resort seasons. Check-In 3-5PM, Check-out 10:00AM.
