établissement accueillant, mais ne pas être très pointilleux sur la propreté

possibilité de manger Honnêtement le personnel au quatrième étage du Rooftop était sympathique Si on avait besoin de quelque chose, ils étaient là eau chaude sur demande (attention tout de même quantité limitée, souvent l’un de nous deux se lavait à l’eau tiède). on a quand même décidé de prolonger deux nuits supplémentaires.

chambre, pas très propre draps douteux à l’arrivée , on a demandé à les changer, ça a été fait nous y sommes restés cinq nuits la chambre n’a pas été nettoyé une seule fois. il y a eu un petit souci d’évacuation, de l’eau de notre salle de notre douche. La salle de bain était une pâte et a même inondé le couloir. Ils sont quand même rapidement intervenu. probable fuite du logement au-dessus de nous , car par moment ça coulait entre la chambre et la salle de bain du plafond de notre chambre. Notre chambre n’avait pas non plus de fenêtre. veiller à vérifier les additions de restauration qui sont souvent avec des erreurs, avec parfois des prix erroné. lorsqu’on leurs montre ils sont de bonnes fois.

Propre, très bon rapport qualité/prix !

C'était propre, l'emplacement est pratique (centre + présence des commerces et restaurants), et il n'y a pas le bruit de la rue principale et il y avait de l'eau chaude dans la salle de bains

L'insistance du personnel pour ajouter un commentaire sur Booking (je trouve l'hôtel vraiment bien mais j'aime pas qu'on me force la main) et le bruit du personnel dans les couloirs à partir de 6h45 le matin.

They charge quite high if in this area u can take a/c rooms within 800rs why ro pay extra and secondly they dint follow booking .com as I request that I have early check in and they agree and said that they will not charge extra to booking .com but they did so please personally call them and confirm as then the room will be too expensive .

Safe food and supportive owner.

The food was hygeinic and delicious. The beds were comfortable. The owner handled emergency situation quite well.

There were a lot of hotels between New Delhi railway station and this hotel. They pursued us to cancel our bookings with this hotel and acquire boardings with them instead.

cheap but poor quality

Don’t recommend staying here if you have reasonable standards. It’s a good affordable option if you’re on a tight budget and don’t mind low standards. •Bed and sheets were nice, terrible pillows though. •Whole room felt dirty. •Bath mat outside bathroom was literally filthy and left piles of dirt on the floor. •Shower never got hot. •Toilet seat was broken. •Silverfish in room and in bed. •Mouse living in the room! •Air conditioner is extremely loud (but works). Pictures of brand new AC unit is deceiving, ours was at least 50 yrs old. •No soundproofing, street outside and hallway are very loud.

highly unprofessional staff, they have kept kids in staff who tries to maximize by cheating you, regarding AC/TV/hotwater not working, you need to ask hotel reception that it's not working. Biggest problem is hotel is not reachable to any kind of cab, you need to walk it to reach this hotel via stinking narrow gullies.. even if hotel staff would have been co-operative it could have nullify the things.. but they are totally in mood to loot you... my advice is to avoid it.. if you are coming with your family.. this place is not for that.

ok for a short stay

location was good for public transport, nice entrance, elevator, reasonably quiet for the area staff on day 2 and 3 were very nice; staff on arrival day would only speak with my boyfriend despite me (female) answering the questions

unfortunately a bit dirty (we have been staying in budget places throughout India so have a low bar) the sheets didn’t look clean, really bad mould/damp on the walls. bed was rock solid - but have experienced this throughout India light above the door so corridor light came through at night - could do with a curtain/block off there was a slatted window that connected our bathroom with next doors - made me feel very uncomfortable/lack of privacy air con didn’t work

Disappointing

the room doesn’t look like on the picture, bathroom was dirty. there was no window in the room. walls are super thin, I could hear everything what is happening in the hotel and other rooms. the room itself was fine, but I would never book it again.
