Wonderful Flat

spacious living area, clean, excellent downtown location (near the Metro, shops, restaurants), appliances (fridge, stove, coffee maker, tea pot, iron, microwave oven), several windows, very good communication with the owners

3 flights of stairs, quirky toilet paper policy (only provided 1 small roll of TP for 5-day stay for 2 people, we needed to buy our own which was disruptive)

This beautiful little apartment was the perfect choice for my just shy of a week stay in Paris. Close to EVERYTHING. The

The apartment is the perfect size for solo travelers or a couple. It was clean, tidy, easy to access and find. Close to anything and everything you might need or want. Extremely close to Le Marais.

I was disappointed to see there was no longer a washing machine (it’s listed in the posting), and the water for the shower was always very tepid at best, never hot which during colder months is a necessity in my opinion. Other than that, my only other observation would be that the bed is not very comfortable, with a noticeable sinkhole on one side and I could have used an additional blanket.

Location is very good if you don’t have a car. Hostess is very good,the department is very clean.

The facilities are a little bit old, and it is very hot because it has not air conditioner.
