La posizione é strategica per raggiungere ogni parte di Gaeta a piedi. La camera era confortevolissima, con ogni accessorio, prodotti per il bagno e aria condizionata, il letto super comodo, la colazione presso una rinomata pasticceria molto piacevole. In più erano a disposizione in struttura caffè, bibite e merendine. Possibilità di parcheggio privato su prenotazione. Bisogna essere pronti ai 3 piani di scale a piedi, ma noi lo eravamo. Ottimo soggiorno
Nulla di significativo da segnalare. Se posso dare un suggerimento, utilizzerei le lenzuola con angoli elastici perché con quelle piane il letto si disfa subito. Inoltre non è prevista la pulizia giornaliera della stanza ma, anche senza il cambio di biancheria, sarebbe un servizio gradito.

Удобно расположено в центре города, недалеко от ресторанов и пляжа. Есть вид на море из комнаты, кухни и с террасы. Очень отзывчивый хост, который помогал решать все вопросы. В комнате и ванной было все необходимое, отдельно хочется отметить чистоту и внимание к деталям.

Der Gastgeber Antonio war sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend - er hat uns von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und sich für das Check-In sehr viel Zeit genommen und Mühe gegeben. Dabei hat er uns ebenfalls Tipps und Wissenswertes zu Gatea mitgegeben.
Die Unterkunft war perfekt - alles ist sauber, es hat eine gute Ausstattung (Snacks, Kaffee, Tee ebenfalls inklusive) und macht insgesamt einen sehr komfortablen Eindruck mit kleinem privatem Balkon und einer großen Dachterasse, die von allen Bewohnern des Hauses genutzt werden kann (meistens ist dort aber niemand und man kann auch bei viel Platz seine Wäsche aufhängen).
Das Einzige was uns gefehlt hat, wären vielleicht Töpfer/Pfannen. Einen Herd gibt es, den kann man aber dementsprechend nicht nutzen.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenige Fußminuten entfernt vom Strand und liegt sofort im Zentrum.
Man kriegt für das tägliche Frühstück einen Coupon, mit dem man dann zu einem nahegelegenen Café gehen kann. Dort kriegt man kostenlos 1 Getränk und 1 Gebäck seiner Wahl (z.B. mit Vanille gefüllte Croissants). Das hat uns auch immer sehr gesättigt.
Insgesamt haben wir die Unterkunft geliebt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen! Antonio war ein super Gastgeber:)

L'host Antonio è stato gentilissimo e cortese. Ci ha spiegato tutto riguardo a Gaeta ed è stato altrettanto disponibile. La posizione della struttura è ottima. La spiaggia di Serapo è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi così come la montagna spaccata e il centro medievale. La struttura è accogliente e dotata di vari comfort quali macchinetta del caffè, bollitore per il tè, acqua, succhi e merendine varie a disposizione. Il soggiorno adibito ad area comune ha un bel balcone e poi c'è una terrazza comune con una vista molto bella. L'edificio non ha ascensore e l'alloggio si trova all'ultimo piano, potrebbe essere un problema per chi non è abituato a fare le scale.
L'alloggio ha bisogno di lavori di manutenzione, in particolare il bagno e soprattutto gli scarichi sono totalmente da sistemare. Lo scarico del wc fa un rumore assordante quando utilizzato e lo scarico della doccia si intasa facilmente. Le pareti tra le stanze sono molto sottili e si sente tutto, soprattutto se i vicini di camera sono molto rumorosi come è successo a noi. Il letto e i cuscini sono scomodi, siamo stati due giorni con il torcicollo.
