Sehr schön jederzeit wieder

Tolle Lage angenehme Zimmer, man kann den SPA Bereich des Designhotel Madlein mitbenutzen das ist super!

Размещение и персонал, который пытался помочь в сложившейся ситуации

Во-первых гостей никто не встречает на регистрации. Лежит просто письмо с разъяснением какой у вас номер, во сколько завтрак и тд. Мы приехали в 19.00 и когнчно после дороги к нас с собой не было даже волы- магазины уже закрыты и в номере тоже ни одной бутылочки воды нет. Чайника нет - нужно просить - тогда приносят (но как просить , если никого нет на ресепшен? Есть номер телефона, но если ты не немец то позвонить на него сложно. Оставляли хотя бы номер с мессенджером для иностранных гостей. Утром на завтраке также никого из персонала, чтобы узнать как пройти к горе , купить скипас и тд. Или ждите до 11 или идите в соседний отель Мадлен 4 звезды- там вам помогут. Пришлось идти туда и все узнавать. В номере скрипучая кровать - это просто ужас- невозможно спать , когда переворачиваешься -все скрипит и просыпаешься . Отсутствовало отопление 3 дня (при чем в 1 день был мороз -20), потом на 1 день отключили и горячую воду. А мы были с 6 летним ребенком. Ни ботинки не просушить, ни помыться

Die Sauna sollte renoviert und der Wellness Bereich vergrößert werden, das Frühstück dürfte mehr frische Produkte beinhalten.

Absolutely recommend!

Location is extremely good.

Breakfast could be better. Usually there is nothing left even if you come 1 hour before breakfast ends.

This was our favorite ski vacation so far

The location of the hotel is superb, its super close to the main gondolas. Breakfast was so good I made sure not to miss it. Austrian salami is by far the best I have had. The hotel is super clean and you can use your key card to use the spa at their sister hotel Madlein which we used daily and for that reason it is a great value for the money. You feel like you are a guest of a big fancy hotel :) we’ll definitely be back!

Sehr sauber, kuschelige Betten, sehr freundliche Empfangsdame, leckeres regionales Frühstück. Mitnutzung des Spa Bereichs im Hotel Madlein als Bonus on Top. 10 Min fußläufig ins Zentrum, 5 Minuten zur Seilbahn

There was never anyone on reception , I lost my key card and had to go up to other hotel which was a massive pain

Excellent place to stay if you can afford it.

Very good place to stay to attend Ischgl. Around 500m away from the lift, which can be easily walked. Very comfortable and clean room, also very good breakfast.

Nagyon kedves volt a vendéglátó,szép,tiszta,tágas szobánk volt.A hotel Ischgl szélén van,ennek ellenére közel van minden.

A kilátásunk sajnos nem volt túl szép,annak ellenére,hogy erkélyes szobát kértünk,persze ez nem a vendéglátó hibája!

Wonderful, great location, lovely rooms and great breakfast

Very convenient location, just a very short walk into town. Very quiet, clean, rooms that were spacious and had a good shower. My son stayed in a single room, which was perfect for his needs. Both our rooms had balconies. Roman, the only meme bet of staff we met, looked after us very well. Very welcoming and a great breakfast.

All in all a lovely stay with very friendly staff.

Located directly next to the lift, offering a great breakfast buffet with lots of choices.

The only thing missing was someone being at the reception throughout the day (most of the time it was empty).

The breakfast was of very good quality. All issues were resolved instantly. Hotel guests have access to the Madeleine Hotel's spa.

staff is amazing, especially Roman who runs the desk, but everyone bends over backwards on requests and is very friendly. great location as well

Exceptional

Big rooms and Great host! We booked room in the evening 1 hour before Check-in closed. We were happy when, despite the late booking, gluten-free bread was available for breakfast 😊

minimal but got everything needed access to the larger hotel is great especially the sauna

staff could not speak English staff was not at the reception multiple times during business hours ski pass discount access had to be taken from the main hotel

Great budget hotel

Parking onsite. Great room will balcony. Good shower. Kitchenette. Breakfast excellent.

Only issue the TV no signal. Didn't need it short stay.

The location is good, close to cable car and relatively quick access to the center.

The Chalet is not assisted by personnel but there is an option to call Hotel Madlein and they are very helpful. Only during breakfast and checkout you can actually talk to somebody, however they speak very little English. Room is small and bathroom is not renovated. Price is huge vs services and comfort level offered.
