Located in Castle Rock, this lovely house for $289 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. We love hosting and we truly think about you when we are preparing. Whether it is clean and cozy sheets, throw pillows or everything you need to cook a great meal, we are committed to knowing you feeling cared for and thought of while you are away from home. Upon booking we will email you a few questions about your stay. This allows us to prepare for your visit. Failure to reply to this email can result in the cancellation of your booking, so please reply. We always have: clean sheets & bedding, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, a few snacks, cold drinks, hairdryer, iron and ironing board plus other items for hurried travelers. Did you forget your toothbrush or razor? We have you covered! Our couches and beds are all comfortable. All surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. Our home is clean and fresh without the use of harsh smelling chemicals. Full size washer and dryer for your use including laundry detergent. Kitchen table seats 8 and kitchen is filled with everything you need. Coffee, liquid creamer, bowls for mixing, microwave, toaster, crock pot, hand mixer, and dishes for everyone! Wine glasses and opener are also available. We have tea and a kettle. Pizza cutter, knives and chopping boards allow guests to prepare food. Mini bar includes all kinds of drinking glasses as well as bar tools. Bring your own alcohol, though :) You can really relax after a day out in our private and clean hot tub. Lots of towels are provided and the patio boasts comfortable furniture and patio lights. We do ask that you observe quiet hours in the hot tub from 10 PM-7AM. **This is not a party house and quiet hours are strictly enforced** For those coming with kids, welcome! Please note: we do not have any baby items and our home is not baby-proofed, but kids are welcome. We have a pack and play for infants. This property sleeps 8 people on 3 levels. Upstairs is the primary guest suite featuring a king bed and private bathroom with double vanity, tub, shower and walk in closet. The second and third bedroom each feature 1 queen bed (1 in each room) The lower level features en suite queen bed & bathroom with walk in shower. There is a large screen TV on this level. The couch is the perfect napping couch and there are some comfortable chairs along with a desk and office chair. The dedicated work space is in the living room area, but allows for an office on the road! Please do not book for more than 8 people. Our garage is available for parking if needed with advance notice. **************************************************************************************** This townhome is part of a two-unit home and is located in a downtown neighborhood. We have one neighbor directly next door and others very close as well. This is not a place for parties. There is NO SMOKING of any kind and NO DRUG USE (legal or otherwise) on this property. This is a family-friendly home and neighborhood. We live close by and are always available by text or through the app. If you need any kitchen amenities or anything else we have not provided, please let us know! One of the charms of historic Castle Rock is the railroad tracks just two blocks away. Our train does blow it's whistle as the tracks are not set up for a silent crossing. We have provided small fans for white noise if you feel this may be a bother. We do not ask you to do very much at check out since you are on vacation. We want your stay to be like a hotel, but better! We only ask that you respect our home and the few rules we've set.
