About this apartment rental
Sunny, quiet, modern and high quality equipped 2-room.-Apartment (52 sqm, new building) with a large balcony in the heart of Ludwigsburg.
Ideal for business stays and vacations alike. Good starting point for exploring the city of Ludwigsburg and the surrounding area.
5 minutes walk to the market square, all shops, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity.
10 minutes on foot to the train station and the ZOB as well as to the baroque Residenzschloss with blooming baroque.
Excellent S-Bahn connection to Stuttgart, travel time: 16 minutes to Stuttgart main station.
The apartment is located in the courtyard of two newly built apartment buildings.
Equipment: underfloor heating, electric shutters, LED cable TV, box-spring double bed, sofa bed in the living room, modern open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave with integrated oven, coffee machine, Nespresso machine (capsules available from us), kettle, toaster, washing machine with integrated tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
WiFi free of charge.
Bathroom with floor-level shower and glass partition, towel dryer, hair dryer.
Hand and shower towels as well as bed linen are available and included in the rental price.
A cellar room is available to guests for stowing suitcases and storing drinks, etc.
For stays of less than one week there is a final cleaning fee of € 45.-.
When occupying 3 people, an additional € 20 per night will be charged.
Underground parking is subject to availability for a fee of € 5.- / to be rented per day.
There is a parking garage directly behind the house.

The location of the apartment was excellent. It was walking distance to restaurants, train, small galleria that housed REWE, backerei, and other stores. The apartment was clean and efficient. Everything was brand new and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed. We only used the coffee maker, washing machine, and refrigerator. We also utilized the parking option. It was great to have private parking in basement and there was an elevator that led directly to the apartment. A small compact car fit perfectly in this spot and anything bigger would have been difficult to park. We felt safe and secure-the apartment complex was well lit and doors were locked at all times. The host met us upon arrival and the check-in process was easy. The host was extremely nice with a wonderful personality. He gave us a tour of the apartment and also gave us some information about the town of Ludwigsburg. There was manual (both in German and English) explaining the functions of the appliance and the guidelines of the apartment building. We are glad we chose this apartment. The apartment did lack mop/vacuum/broom for us to use during our stay. We would have liked to vacuum or sweep up and clean the area accordingly, but there was no cleaning supplies. There was only dish detergent, sponges, glass cleaner, and a dust pan. Other than that, the apartment is a 10/10!! Thank you again to the host for a wonderful stay.

This apartment is a must when visiting Ludwigsburg. It was spotlessly clean and spacious. It was very modern and lovingly furnished with comfortable and practical furniture. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering and it had a washer/ dryer available in the unit. A nice little balcony was available to use as well. The bedroom had ample hanging and storage and a super comfortable bed for a great nights sleep. Quality limen and towels were appreciated. The bathroom was large and airy. Parking as available for a small fee, with lift access to the third floor. Heaps of restaurants and shopping centre within a 3 minute walk. The neighbourhood was safe and secure and a pleasure to be in. Our hosts were very communicative and responsive, we would highly recommend staying at this apartment.
