The apartment seemed to be brand new, very clean, and cozy. Strategic and quiet location to travel all around, and free parking inside. Well equipped in terms of kitchen appliances, and everything worked properly. It has been a real pleasure to meet and talk with Ivan and his family. They've been very kind, helpful, and friendly. Strongly recommended!!!
I suggest bringing something for killing mosquitoes because that area had a lot of them ( we've been there after several rainy days, maybe that was the reason)

The Apartment is perfectly nice. One of the owners (Ivan) is very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The other members are kind. They took time to chat with us and play with kids. The older man (sorry, i forgot to ask the name) was really friendly. He showed kids the tortoise. The Furnitures are new and clean. The Kitchenwares are mostly complete. I wish though to have a Microwave. Moreover, i could really recommend this especially to families with kids. It is safe and quiet. The Apartment has a huge ground to play/run around and has 2 Swings itself. Ca. 100 meters, there is also a playground with ready to use outdoor toys. It was very helpful especially if the kids are bored and we, as parents don’t want to go to the city or beach. The community is very friendly.
The Stores (small and big ones - DM, Lidl, Spar, Plodine etc.) are just nearby.
The Beaches are just 10-15mins away. We were at Rabac. The St. Andrea Beach is safe for kids. You can also go there for a night walk, bar hopping or just chill. If you want to visit the Cres Island (Cres, Mali Losinj, Nerezine), it is just a 15min drive to Port and a 20min Ferry Ride.
The Apartment is just 1hr drive to Pula.
Jadran Grill in Medulin is also a must try. It is not crowded. The Employees are also friendly. They served a lot of complimentaries. The seafood and meat platter were tasteful and plenty!
