My room was immaculate and comfortable. This is not a normal hotel experience. Think boutique cottage rooms, several to a building, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Very handsome. The room was small, which might be an issue for some, but felt extremely cozy to me. Parking was only a few steps from my door. They left extra pillows as requested. My room had a coded door lock, with the entry number sent to me after I made my reservation, so I had no interactions with any staff.

Bed was way too soft. Needs replacement.
Light in fan not working, even with switch on.
