About this villa rental
The villa is surrounded by a private garden completely enclosed with pine trees, Mediterranean scrub and green lawn. It is located in a very nice and quiet residential center, known as one of the most prestigious in Santa Margherita di Pula, with a fixed guardian, beach, sports club with tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, soccer, bowling alleys and games for children and with private access to the supermarket and newsstand. The house has an area of about 120 square meters and is on two levels. On the ground floor large living room of over 40 square meters with conversation area, dining room, fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and washing machine, pantry. On the first floor: a double bedroom with exclusive bathroom, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. The supply of linen is excluded. Outside: outdoor dining with built-in barbecue, furnished loggia, garden with deck chairs. The beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes, along one of the condominium roads that invite jogging and pleasant walks among the pines and the Mediterranean scrub.
