The hotel was clean and comfortable..the room looked amazing. Breakfast was great.. And in general the staff was great
I had a birthday celebration there wasn't communication in terms of what the hotel was going to do and when then are planning to make something for my partner.. I had communicated it prior arrival.. But nothing was said I had to go to reception and ask.. Which spoiled the surprise

The comfort and thoughtful gesture from the staff.
We booked a family room and they were kind enough to bring me washing basket, diaper changing pad, diaper bin and bottle sterilizer for my 11 month old baby. I love how all four seasons hotels worldwide are so inclusive of children, truly hard warming. My 5year old twin boys were just excited about the amenities and they loved the comfort of the hotel.
The carpet in room 910&911 needs a deep cleaning or changing as it is heavily stained and has dusty smell when you enter the room.

The Friendly and Happiest Staff, including the Manager.
This place is special; it looks like something out of a creative writer's imagination.
The view from the room/hotel is unmatched by anything I have seen in my travels (and I've seen a lot). But when you see the sunrise over that Valley, it's simply remarkable, and you forget everything and become part of nature.
Although it is far from the Airport, the journey to Kruger National Park is only 45 minutes.
Food at the restaurant is reasonably priced and meets fine-dining quality. Paulus was an amazing host for dinner, and my wife loves the chicken liver entree, I will visit again and highly recommend it for an enjoyable and safe vacation.
