Excellent but major difficulty in finding the hotel. Apple Maps and Google Maps directed us to Pilgrims Rest
Access road was a real challenge at nightfall in heavy mist!

the staff was friendly and welcoming loved the atmosphere so much.
the times which their restaurants open and close, the 1 ply toilet papers in the toilet you guys must at least buy two ply also they didn't have gowns and sleepers in the rooms as a hotel i expected some to be there
the place was cold and the electric blankets were of great help however the oil heater is useless guys please invest in something that will be of help to your guests.

Supper was great. Food quality and chefs 5 star
It's old and outdated. There's spiders in the room. Beds not comfortable. Bathrooms poorly maintained. Drains not smelling good. Little inspects around all the time
