Magnificent new town house with heated swimming pool (to ensure water at 25°c). Composed of a large living room, dining room, kitchen, it has more than 3 bedrooms (1 bed of 160/ 1 bed of 140/ 1 bed of 120/ possibility of cot) , 1 bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet . A large swimming pool with submerged beach and pleasure terrace is arranged in the garden.
The house is located a 5-minute walk from the train station and the city centre, but away from other houses. It is surrounded by gardens. You will enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, while enjoying easy access to shops and services.
The rent includes household and bathroom linen.

The accommodation is exactly as pictured and is very well located within walking distance of local shops, cafes, restaurants and the train station. It is a very well equipped property and everything went very smoothly on arrival and departure. The pool was a very welcome feature which we thoroughly enjoyed (as did some starlings, a hoopoe and a couple of local cats who made use of it as a watering hole in the early evenings). The villa is the ideal base for trips to Toulouse, Albi and Carcassonne and Lisle-sur-Tarn itself is a lovely town with beautiful medieval buildings and everything you need. We were lucky that there was also a festival in the town when we arrived and we thoroughly enjoyed being serenaded from it as we ate dinner on the terrace on our first evening. Highly recommend both the accommodation and the area.

Splendide maison bien équipée et à la décoration soignée. Le jardin et la piscine ont été très appréciés. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle location. La maison est spacieuse et confortable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée. Le propriétaire et les intervenants sont à l'écoute et très réactifs. La région est magnifique et offre de nombreuses possibilités de balades. La magnifique piscine a été également très appréciée des petits et des grands ! Nous nous sommes régalés et nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette jolie demeure.
