One of the rooms we booked was not ready when we arrived after 4pm which was disappointing and there was confusion about a £500 deposit we were asked to pay. However it came to light that they had not taken any payment for the 3 rooms we had pre booked.

Is a descent stay but expected more from the Marriott brand
The location is far to the north of Xi’an so is the other end of the city .

We checked in very late and the staff members was very nice and provided a quick check-in process which we highly appreciated.
The common areas are really nice.
There wasn’t a full body mirror in the room and the shower was leaking so I had to be careful when having a shower.
