Great location, wonderful staff, clean room with great water pressure in the bathroom so showers were excellent

Desk attendant refused to let us register before 3:00pm. I know it’s the rule but annoying.
thru-the-wall heat/cool unit was noisy; did not control temps well.
Shower took a full five minutes to get hot water.
We got the largest room, but only one small chair, no table.
Frig made a constant loud knocking noise.
None of these are show stoppers but all together convinced me to avoid Holiday Inns.
