Es ist eine schöbe Lodge mit ungenutztem Potential

Zum Beispiel die Zimmer waren wirklich schön - der dreckige Kühlschrank, die dreckigen Fenster, das Loch im Mückengitter, die mal gewechselten und mal nicht gewechselten Handtücher haben das Gesamtbild getrübt. Ähnliches könnte man über jeden Bereich der Lodge schreiben Obwohl es alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt war

Es war alles gut und in Ordnung - aber es gibt durchaus noch Luft nach oben

Beautiful natural reserve with an incredible variety of wildlife. The location is excellent, and the game drive with Rhino at 1meter distance was a fantastic experience. I also really appreciated the possibility of walking around the reserve independently and getting relatively close to the animals — it makes the experience feel very special. The staff behind the scenes were extremely helpful and accommodating when I raised an issue, which I really appreciated. The rooms are very large, comfortable, and pleasant, so some refurnished would be appreciated here and there and the spa is absolutely lovely. The treatments and massages were amazing, and I would definitely come back just to enjoy the spa again. The food at the restaurant was very good, and the restaurant staff were generally very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come back. In fact, I would happily return as a day visitor to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, the spa, and those amazing treatments and massages.

Room service, however, was somewhat below expectations for a place of this quality and price. A few details were overlooked, such as forgotten replacement water bottles and towels - remaining humid because of the cold temperature in the room - not being exchanged. These may seem like minor things, but at this level of quality and pricing, attention to detail is important. The only negative point was seeing staff at the bar arguing in front of guests, which is not really what one expects at this level of establishment.

There was no room snacks and no tv.
