The view out of the window across the river was lovely. The proximity to Rye town was great, less than 10 minutes walk and you are in Rye town.
Nothing that we disliked. Lack of any freezer space within the under counter fridge.

Oh was clean and comfortable. There was milk, tea bags and coffee when we arrived, just what we needed after a long journey, plus other goodies.
Nice and quiet with water running past and fields.
We came by train and then used the busses. Worked well.

Everything. It was lovely to sit and admire the view with a morning cuppa and yet just a short easy walk into the centre of town. It was everything as described.
