Very clsoe to the beach
Beach view, you can even hear the sound of the waves from the apartment

Apartment checking was at night and was a bad experience (But Hande helped us late at night and made it a better experience for us), so make sure before arriving you have everything you need to check-in (the door-key password, also make sure it is updated, because they gave us incorrect password) ..
The internet went down few times

The washing machine broke and took sometime to replace (with another used one)

The place is well handled, we had good location at the complex, the rooms were clean, big enough with light , working aircondition. When anything needed fix they came immediately to fix, the only thing I think could be better is the strength of the aircondition in the leaving room it was too small to cool properly the whole space. Generally we really liked the place. We enjoyed the pool, the beach the basketball. The maintenance of the location is high and everything is really well done.
There is no doctor or a medical personnel in the complex if something happens you need to go to the hospital which is not appropriate to the level of this place. There are many people in this resort and at any moment someone can fall and need urgent medical help and I think this is a big minus , given that there is no one to provide first medical aid. The shampoo , hand soap, body soap, and toiletries were very limited, just a small amount for first day, no dishwasher capsules or laundry machine detergents were in the house , and neither enough toilet paper was provided. We needed to buy all of these although it is indicated these are provided.

The property had 3 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. It came with a parking space too which was helpful.
The facilities on site was good. The indoor pool was clean and warm. The parks and play areas for the children were well designed.
The on site restaurant was delicious!
The property itself was tired and rundown. It needed a lick of paint. The stairs to the hot tub did not seem safe and the hot tub was not ready to use which was disappointing.
There were lightbulbs not working and plugs that did not work which was frustrating.
The property was on the top floor and the railings did not seem particularly family friendly.
