You couldn’t ask for a better location. It was right next to the piazza with lovely bars and restaurants.
The bed was so comfortable and all the facilities were there for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Felt like a home away from home.

Appartamento in posizione centralissima a Orosei, comodo ai servizi, ben ristrutturato, adatto ad una famiglia di 4 persone. Molto belli, in particolare, il bagno e il terrazzino.
L'appartamento è carino ma la sua gestione richiederebbe maggiori attenzioni: ho trovato estremamente scomodo il materasso del letto matrimoniale e la dotazione della cucina andrebbe decisamente integrata in quanto è meno che basica. Il terrazzo, come detto, è molto bello e lo stesso può dirsi del tavolo con sedie in ferro battuto che lo arredano: peccato che le sedie non siano dotate di cuscino e risultino, pertanto, estremamente scomode. Da eliminare all'istante le piante di plastica presenti nella zona giorno e sul terrazzino (fanno tristezza, per non dire altro). Durante la mia permanenza il wifi non è mai stato disponibile (nonostante la pronta segnalazione del disservizio).

Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war top.
Wir wohnten in Arcada A.
Die Bilder des Badezimmers wurden vermutlich mit einer KI verschönert und entsprechen nicht der Realität (Fotos von vor Ort wurden hochgeladen). Generell wird mit Fotos beworben, die aus einem sehr schmeichelhaften Winkel fotografiert wurden.
Wenig Gelegenheiten, die Handtücher aufzuhängen und der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht richtig befestigen. So spritze man beim Duschen auf Grund des Duschvorhangs leider das Bad ein wenig voll.
Die Terrasse war eher ein Abstellraum ohne Sitzgelegenheiten. Durch die Klimaanlage des Nachbarns tropfte es durchgängig auf die Terrasse, sodass diese schon Moos ansetzte und rutschig war.
Der schöne Innenhof mit dem beworben wurde befand sich ca. 10m weiter die Straße hoch und gehörte zu einem anderen Haus. Die Stühle dort wären beschädigt.
Man erhielt viele WhatsApp von diversen Nummern. Zudem wurde immer wieder darauf hingewiesen, dass man bloß den Müll selber zur Müllentsorgung bringen soll.
Fazit: zum schlafen ok, das Apartment war soweit sauber, wenig Gelegenheiten die Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen, Lage gut, Urlaubsgefühl kam leider im Apartment wenig auf.
