We had a wonderful stay at this ryokan. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed in traditional Japanese style, with lovely tatami flooring that really added to the authentic atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a private onsen was such a special and relaxing experience.
We also really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Everything was fresh and delicious, with a great selection of high-quality options, including wonderful seafood from Hokkaido.
The staff also went above and beyond when we accidentally left a personal item behind. They kindly helped us get it back which we truly appreciated.
Overall, a very memorable and relaxing stay. We would definitely love to come back!
