The estate estate offers manicured grounds, cobblestone driveway and walkway that lead down to a huge 50,000 gallon heated saltwater pool. The pool area has a Fire pit, large gazebo with a patio dining set with seating for 12 with additional benches, there is a full grill set with fridge and counter top, a bath house with a laundry facility, full bath, dressing room and outdoor shower. The large pool deck area is great to get some sun on the chaise lounge chairs or enjoy the cool coastal nights next to the fire pit. Inside on the first floor the home has a gourmet eat in kitchen that seats 12 people, a large family room with wide screen TV and a gas fireplace, an all season sun-room with wicker patio furniture that has windows and doors that fully open up allowing the ocean breeze from Stonington Harbor to blow through, there is a formal living room with fireplace, a study with desk, printer, fax and copy machine, a formal dining room that seats 10 and a large sunken exercise room with wide screen TV. The basement offers a large entertainment room, ½ bathroom, with lounge area, full bar with seating, pool table, air hockey, pop a shot and ping pong games along with a wide screen tv. The upper floor[s] offer a master suite with King bed, two large closets, a fireplace, large master bath with air jetted tub and a custom shower. We had a great time at this stunning home celebrating a family members birthday. The house has so many rooms to enjoy. The basement was absolutely fantastic for our group to hang out in. Lots of fun things to do including pool, air hockey, hoops and ping ping. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and just hanging in the beautiful kitchen. Pierce was super friendly, responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

My sisters and I met up for the weekend at this spacious and beautifully appointed home. We live in different states and the home was a good meet up point. Pierce was wonderful to deal with, answered my questions and connected with me in advance to see if we needed any special items for our smallest guest (my 14 month old son). A high chair was available as well as a pack and play. It was a rainy weekend but we enjoyed the beautiful property, hanging out in the home and cooking and playing games. Very good location central to highway and many local amenities and activities. We would stay again.

Absolutely a perfect house to stay in for our daughter’s wedding weekend. She was able to have her bridesmaids with her, family and grandparents under one roof. House is beautifully decorated, clean and with comfortable beds!!. Extremely thankful to the hosts and the ease to which checking in and checking out was.

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed for multigenerational fun. Our family made wonderful memories around the pool, fire pit and game room. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Easy commute to Mystic and Stonington fun.

It was a perfect place for our family ( 7 adults 5 kids). The home was clean and had most necessary things. Kids could run around the house and entertain themselves in the gaming room( lots of space), outside in backyard playing football or basketball and lastly swimming when not raining. Also many places to visit and go eat. The adults really enjoyed both fire pits, pool, fishing in the area and time relaxing around the pool. Overall great experience.

The week of our son's wedding was made perfect largely because of Stonington Estate. We were a family of 10, all adults and travelled from all over the world to meet up. Stonington Estate was perfect in every way. Large bedrooms all beautifully furnished, plenty of large bathrooms to give everyone their own space. . Ample areas to come together for an afternoon drink or firepit. The house surpassed all our expectations. Beautiful grounds and outdoor entertaining area Two separate bbq's which for an Australian family like us is a must. Excellent large outdoor pool and entertaining area. Large kitchen with a brilliant layout which allowed family members to gather all at one time without feeling crowded. Beautifully decorated lounge/office areas for the kids to WFH.
Pierce and Debra were faultless in their dealings and on-hand accessibility. Obliging in all areas.
This house was everything and more than we expected, in fact Stonington Estate was the main contributing factor to the best week of our lives.

Family vacation
Possibly the best family vacation we have ever had. My children, their spouses and four grandchildren. The house and property was amazing, many inside and outside activities for the children and adults. Would definitely recommend to any large family looking to get away and spend some quality time together. I met the property owner, extremely nice man who offered advice on local restaurants, activities and general info. Would definitely go back again, entire family was pleased, which is not easy to do.

A Perfect Getaway
A lovely home- clean, comfortable and very child friendly. The kitchen and pantry had everything you would possibly need if cooking , which we did our entire stay. Excellent beds with appropriate linens as well as the many towels and amenities in the beautiful bathrooms. The game room was a lot of fun for everyone-ages 4 to 73. The pool was well maintained and the perfect temperature. The outdoor gazebo and grill area was great for outdoor dining or relaxing and surrounded by picturesque gardens. Debra and Pierce give a lot of personal attention to this home and made sure we had everything we needed in our home away from home. Excellent hosts and an excellent vacation for our entire family.

We've rented many houses all over the world through VRBO and this is one of the very nicest ever. It's spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, in great repair, and spotlessly clean. The outdoor space is to die for - the pool is huge, the outdoor dining is lovely and everything is just super relaxing. Even the beds were wonderful. We had 8 people stay and could have comfortably had 4 more people join in. And Pierce and Deb were both easy to work with and very helpful. Highly recommended!

We gathered our 3 grown kids and their partners for a wonderful week at this fantastic home. Amenities galore. The beautiful property is even better than the photos. Our hosts were gracious and took care of all of our needs. I recommend this property.

Property was as described but better! Immaculate, spacious for family of all ages to relax and enjoy one another, while having cozy spots to be alone with a book and even schoolwork. Well appointed furnishings, nice quality linens and towels, cozy beds, chef friendly kitchen, and by far the best pool we have enjoyed yet! This property will be hard to beat! Oh, and Mystic and Watch Hill lured us away to beautiful beaches, shops, and delicious dining. We got lucky this year and felt safe and protected even in a pandemic. Thank you Pierce's!

Gorgeous house and property
I cannot say enough positive things about our stay here. The house is absolutely gorgeous, inside and outside. There was more than enough space for our group of 12. We enjoyed being able to eat outside in the gazebo and the kitchen had a ton of room for cooking. The beds were extremely comfortable. The yard is beautiful but the best part for our group was the pool. The entire pool area is perfectly set up so you can enjoy a day by the pool. The entire property was so beautiful and perfectly equipped that we rarely left the house! Everything was extremely clean and the host was very accessible to communicate with. I know that I can speak for the entire group when I say that we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Thanksgiving
We had the most wonderful Thanksgiving gathering for our family of 6 adults and 5 children in this beautiful, picturesque home.
The huge and well-equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking our dinner and the lovely dining room was large enough for all. The grandkids had a blast in this spacious house and loved Mystic Aquarium.
The owner and his son were so welcoming and helpful when we had questions. We are grateful they shared this beautiful home with us.
We all left with memories of a perfect family get together.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this lovely home. The pool was amazing, and there was more than enough room for our whole family. Whenever we had a concern, the owners were quick to rectify them.
The towns of Stonington and Mystic had many options for restaurants, shops, and other entertainment options. We also spent the day in Newport which was fun!

Best Pool Ever
Wonderful for our family of 8 adults and 6 children; super equipped kitchen and eating areas both indoors and out, luxury bedrooms for all. Great location for exploring historic Stonington, less than 10 min to Mystic Aquarium, easy drive to New London ferry for Block Island visit and less than 30 min to East Beach, Rhode Island. Every day concluded with a relaxing fun time in the huge saltwater pool surrounded by the beautiful hydrangeas!

This enormous home was perfect for our large family reunion! It is spacious, beautifully decorated and perfectly provisioned. Everything is brand new!
The outdoor space is like a private resort with a large pool, beautifully furnished patio with gazebo and a large well maintained yard. The indoor space has numerous large rooms for family fun as well as cozy spots for reading and relaxing. We really enjoyed the “man cave” where we hosted a family billiards tourney. The office space with printer/fax came in handy as a few of us had some work to do.
Pierce & Debra were very responsive to all our needs - both before and during our stay!

Salt Water Pool Paradise
We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous property. The pool was definitely our highlight, it was very clean, we kept and the perfect temperature. The property was beautifully cared for, decorated tastefully and easy to keep clean. The house is HUGE and has great space for all different kinds of relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed and then some. Whenever we had questions the property managers were quick to respond and very helpful. The location was wonderfully private with easy proximity to grocery stores, and just about 7 minutes to Stonington and Mystic. Car service was readily availably, also, which was a nice perk. We'd definitely love to stay here again!
