Breakfast is good . Staff in the restaurant were very nice and polite. Rooms are comfort.
Windows and balcony doors in the room can not open at all, which makes air very tough! Reception staff are not so helpful and they do not allow to sit in the lobby after 11.00pm,you have to go to your room. Swimming pool you can not use if you don't have a swimming cap. They don't provide it for you. So basically you pay to have swimming popl and you can not use it .

虹橋空港に近く、周りには大きなモールがたくさんあるので、Didiなどが使えれば10分ぐらいで食事や買い物ができます。上海ダウンタウンより混んでなくて、ゆったりしているので買い物がしやすかったです。設備は写真の通り豪華で、大きなプールもあります。朝食の種類も豊富で、美味しかったです。部屋もゆったりしていて、特にバスルームはバスタブとシャワーに分かれていて使いやすかったです。
コンシェルジュが英語を話さないのには驚きました。ベルボーイは笑顔もなく、気が利いていません。質問をしても、自分の担当ではないと、分からない、で終わりです。全体的にスタッフから洗練されたホテルのホスピタリティは感じられませんでした。あまりちゃんと教育されていない印象です。
施設は豪華だと書きましたが、空調からタバコの匂いが流れてきて、エアコンを止めると部屋の中が一気にタバコ臭くなるのは勘弁してほしかったです。あと、これは海外ホテルあるあるですが、シャワーのドアが具合悪く、毎回水漏れがひどかった。
