The cleanliness of the rooms and just lobby was fantastic

Beautiful property!! I also loved that the room included a kitchen! Our family has multiple food allergies, so this option allows us to prepare our own food without concern of cross contamination. The fitness center was one of the best in any hotel we’ve stayed in before!

Hotel is located very conveniently near all the Hampton restaurants and shops. You can get around by foot just about to any store and restaurant nearby. The room itself was clean and pretty big.

When we checked into the room, we noticed that the bed sheets were not all the way dried, had kind of this wet feel to it. Went to the front desk to ask for dry sheets, they brought me the same wet sheets only crumbled. Not very comforting. Then at the front desk we asked if there was anywere in the hotel where we could purchase tylenol/advil, the front desk said, sorry we ran out, please drive a few blocks to the nearest gas station. The lobby itself did not look appealing, dirty glass doors, there were a few coffee spills next to the entry way into our hallway, noone even noticed. The next morning, the spill was still there. When i tried to tell someone, there was noone at the front desk. Breakfast was disappointing. Went to get coffee and tried to use their expresso machine. Was told by the cook that they are out of milk and machine is not working and to use the brewed coffee in the containers next to it, but even the two coffee containers were out of coffee as well. Went back to ask if they can brew new pot and they said, if there is no more coffee then we ran out. No one was restocking anything. More than half of the food containers were empty. Just fyi, this was at 8:30am. How can a hotel of such high volume of guests be out of everything? There was no desire from staff to even try to accomodate with anything. We paid $288 for one night including tax. Was NOT worth it and would not stay there again. I guess i am used to higher service standards and expectations.
