High cost for low quality

Easy walk to pool and beach. Good A/C. Quite neighborhood.

The house was dirty. We had staff come back out and re clean. It was still dirty after the second clean. Floors were dirty and surfaces were not wiped down. Big wads of hair through out property. And short hairs and dust covered all surfaces. House felt gross. Multiple things were broke in house. Maintenance came to fix the only small black shelf that fell back off the wall soon as he left. There is no where to put anything in the bathroom not even a thing of toothpaste or a change of clothes. So i had to put a chair in there just to have some place to sit things because there was no sink space or cabinets or shelves. Water outside unit to rinse feet would not turn on. Downstairs bed frame was broke. Shelf in fridge was broke. House needs deep clean and many repairs before it should be rented out. Price we paid was insanely high for what we got.

Great location and pet friendly, but the apartment is in SERIOUS NEED of an update!

The Location was great and easy access to the beach. However, the apartment is in serious need of an update. Even being pet friendly, which was nice, there are things that were unacceptable for the amount of money paid to stay there. Not enough lamps, bedding is old and outdated. Area rugs were worn and dirty. The steps and railing on the deck was loose and is a safety hazard. The outdoor furniture is made of pvc pipe, which is outdated. The cushions were worn and dirty on the deck furniture. The "table" in the den was almost destroyed from wear. Please update this apartment!

Update on the entire apartment. Ridiculously outdated and worn furnishings based on the amount of money charged to stay there. Pool is not great either.

Could use deep clean - we none the less had a great time.

great location - beautiful beach.

The whole place could use a deep cleaning and a coat of paint. The a/c rule (only 20 deg lower than outside) is ridiculous. The place has potential that it is not living up to.
