Ap. Espaçoso, ótima localização, bem decorado, limpo e bem aparelhado. Tem tudo de que precisamos, eletrodomésticos, itens de cozinha, cama e banho, não nos faltou nada.

Positiv • Gepflegte, saubere Anlage insgesamt in gutem Zustand. • Sehr guter Sicherheitsstandard: sicherer Eingang, 24/7 besetztes Durchgangstor – dadurch fühlt man sich grundsätzlich gut aufgehoben.

Negativ – Kommunikation & Transparenz • Nach der Booking.com-Buchung wurde ich von „Fabiano“ angeschrieben – ohne zu nennen, um welche Unterkunft es geht. Da ich auf Rundreise war, musste ich erst nachfragen. Das wirkte unnötig dubios. • Kommunikation ausschließlich über WhatsApp. Ich habe dreimal darum gebeten, sensible Themen wie Zahlungen über den offiziellen Booking.com-Kanal zu klären – wurde ignoriert. Negativ – Zahlungssituation (Hauptproblem) • Es kam ein Zahlungslink über WhatsApp, was bei mir sofort Alarm ausgelöst hat (Freunde wurden in Brasilien bereits über ähnliche Wege betrogen). • Ich habe angeboten, vor Ort mit Karte zu zahlen – wurde abgelehnt, angeblich nur bar möglich. Dadurch war ich gezwungen, größere Bargeldsummen abzuheben, was ich in Brasilien aus Sicherheitsgründen vermeiden wollte. • Da an vielen Automaten meist nur 1.000 R$ pro Abhebung möglich sind, waren 3 Abhebungen nötig – einer der Automaten war danach sogar leer. • Bei Ankunft konnten wir den Großteil zahlen, 300 R$ blieben offen. Ich habe erklärt, dass der Automat leer war – zunächst Verständnis, danach aber mehrfach tägliche Nachfragen (morgens/mittags/abends), was mit dem Rest sei. • Ich habe wieder angeboten, die 300 R$ sofort per Karte zu begleichen – erneut abgelehnt. Insgesamt sehr unflexibel und für Gäste extrem unangenehm. Service & Gastfreundschaft • Insgesamt hatte ich das Gefühl, es geht primär ums Geld, nicht um Gastfreundschaft. • Bei der finalen Zahlung am Abreisetag gab es keine Nachfrage, ob alles in Ordnung war oder wie der Aufenthalt gefallen hat – das Bargeld wurde kurz und einsilbig entgegengenommen. • In den zwei Wochen Brasilien habe ich sonst viel Herzlichkeit und Flexibilität erlebt – hier leider das Gegenteil. Ausstattung & Gastronomie • Pool war an einem Tag nicht nutzbar, ohne nachvollziehbare Erklärung. • Kaffee: leider nur Kapselmaschine, kein guter Kaffee wie sonst häufig in Brasilien.
