Estafa!! La reserva se hizo para el 2025, y cuando se confirma lleva año del 2026. Reclamo la cancelación y tras un mes peleando y el alojamiento rechazando decido dejarlo estar. Lo curioso es que intente reservar para la misma y Booking da error diciendo que no se puede reservar con más de un año de antelación. Primera evidencia de la estafa.....
Pasa año y medio y llegan los días próximos a la reserva, durante días antes del check-in estuvimos contactando con ellos y no atienden ni los mensajes por Booking ni las llamadas (cuando reclamé la cancelación contestaban enseguida para rechazarla).. Llegado el día de alojarse nos presentamos allí y no hay nadie, nosotros y Booking estuvimos durante horas intentando contactar con el alojamiento sin éxito y preguntamos en un bar cercano y nos llevan a una mujer que dice ser la propietaria, la cual nos lleva a un alojamiento que no era el reservado (pero se le parecía). Al no hablar el mismo idioma y ver qué estábamos siendo engañados decidimos volver a España, ya que tampoco encontramos un alojamiento a un precio razonable para el mismo día (este nos costó 300€ y lo más barato dadas las fechas eran 800). A las horas nos llega un mensaje de Booking diciendo que el alojamiento había indicado que no nos podían alojar porque estaban temporalmente cerrados.
Llevábamos dos niños pequeños y no sé si la estafa era económica o había algo más (nos estaban metiendo en otro alojamiento no sé con qué fin), por lo que la decisión que tomamos fue de irnos y nos hundió las vacaciones.
Otro dato importante, alojamiento que lleva año y medio en Booking sin ninguna valoración, con la IA localizamos en Google el complejo de viviendas para alquiler, con todas las reseñas indicando que los estafaron alojandolos en alojamientos que no parecían las fotos y luego reclamando daños que no eran ciertos.
