We loved the location- Nerja is a lovely town. The accommodation was central. We liked the pool and the view from the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the welcome pack.
We didn’t find check in clear at all. It isn’t difficult but it’s confusing until you’ve done it. Go to the bus station; in the app take a photo of the qr code on the wall (not the screen), and then walk 10 minutes to the house. The bathroom sink tap isn’t easy to use. The rest of the accommodation was excellent.

La atención del personal genial, muy preocupados y amables en todo momento, nos dejaron una plaza para aparcar, nos dieron todas las comodidades. Al apartamento no le falta un detalle, tienes sombrillas para la playa, carrito para la compra, un buen secador de pelo, una plancha del pelo, etc. Había leído comentarios anteriores de olor a humedad y de almohadas muy bajas y se ve que se preocuparon en solucionarlo, olía bien al entrar y las almohadas eran bastante mulliditas y cómodas. La urbanización es super tranquila y acogedora. Por poner una pega del apartamento, el grifo del baño es súper incómodo jaja cuesta bastante abrirlo.
No nos gustó que tuvieramos que instalar una app para hacer el check-in dejar ahí tus datos y escanear tu cara y el dni. Además en un inicio lo del check-in con la app no se explica muy bien. Tampoco nos gustó tener que recoger las llaves en la otra punta del pueblo y que encima una vez ahí nos dijeran que no, que las llaves estaban en la calle paralela al apartamento. Pero la verdad es que el personal nos trató muy bien.

Location couldn't have been better; the apartment itself, although smaller than the photos suggested had everything we needed and is just a short walk down to a very nice beach. We overlooked the pool which looked nice although we didn't use it, and the centre of the (beautiful) town was just a short walk away.
Hacienda 10B, very good. Menyber were not so good. We spotted quite quickly that the AC didn't seem very powerful. We'd arrived at midday so we left for the beach hoping the AC would do it's job but it hadn't, so we phoned Menyber. Keeping it short, apart from a quick visit from a worker that didn't seem to make it any better we had no AC for 5 nights, half the holiday. my partner eventually slept on the floor of the lounge because it was maybe 1 degree cooler. I need to use a CPAP machine but the 29ºC heat was too much to wear the mask as well so we both got very little sleep. It took a lot of complaining, threatening and weak electric fans before the AC was fixed. Hey presto, a better 2nd half of our holiday!
