The rooms were comfortable and spacious.
We had a problem with the room we were allocated. Only one of the duvets had a cover on it. I spoke to reception and they solved this by moving us to a different room.
Snow had not been cleared in the car park.
The music in the restaurant was loud and intrusive.

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious.
We stayed at the hotel when it was 30 degrees Celsius outside, but there was no air conditioning, just a fan, which did little to make the room more comfortable.
