Very good location and the suite rooms are excellent value. Breakfast is also good.
Some better lighting in the bathroom would have been good.

A good location to be able to walk around the city & the best lady in the Spa who gave me two amazing treatments. The second treatment I needed to help me mobilise after terrible sleep in the most uncomfortable beds.
Lack of information about the location & events happening around the city, obviously not used to English speaking people.
We were using the hotel as a stop in between our two cities and we were rather disappointed in lack of communication as no option for English translation. Food average & very expensive for what it was.
No dinner available for residents after 7.30pm although it was listed as 9pm the hotel was not full so very disappointed
The most uncomfortable beds in the world & ended up having extra treatment to be able to be mobile. Housekeeping was struggling to provide clean bedding as beds smelt terrible with a mouldy musty smell.
