The hotel has a slightly old-fashioned feel, but the room was spacious enough and comfortable. There was provision to lock up our touring bikes securely. We were able to walk to the nearby town. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were reasonable.
Seemed a little more expensive than other similar hotels we stayed at during our tour.

The location was perfect. Great for going for walks. Staff were polite, professional and friendly. It has a nice, heated indoor swimming pool. Dinner in the restaurant was nice and served very quick.
It’s dated! Just some low cost decoration could bring it up to date. The bathroom light in our room could not switch off. Instead of fixing it, the window above the bathroom door was covered in cardboard to stop the light flooding into the bedroom which I found very odd. The room was very cold when we arrived so we turned on the radiator. It was only much later in the evening that we found the door outside was actually open by a couple of centimeters. If we didn’t spot it, anyone could have gone into our room. Breakfast was good and varied. Only let down by cold scrambled egg and dry, hard pieces of spek (bacon)
