The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was great for doing some work and of course relaxing after a long day. The hotel has a system whereby if you do not have room cleaning done you recieve a 5€ voucher for use in the hotel, I liked this a lot.
The hotel was quite and generally easy to use as a base to get to Leiden and Amsterdam where I had work arrangements.
The wait time for check-in was quite long (around 15 minutes) and some of the features such as tiles in the bathroom were old and broken. The main drawback related to the bus, there are times in the morning and evening when the shuttle bus doesn’t run and in order to travel from hotel to airport there is a fee of 6€.

We stayed here to make a flight in the morning. I te was perfect - good price, shuttle to the airport, great helpful staff and although we didn’t eat (there’s a bar down the road) the restaurant looked good

The hotel is good if you want to stay away from the city center and close to the Schiphol airport.

Shuttle bus service , close to airport .
Room clean and nice linen
Carpets / passage … key tricky . Don’t do QR code … must be an alternative .
Water in room … wasn’t sure if you could drink water from tap ? Wanted to phone reception .. no number or booklet to give numbers
