Spacious room
Nice resto cum bar
Excellent staff - Abdi (bar) and Arantxa (front office) who went out of her way to help us with ensuring we had a ride to the airport when the shuttle bus left 4 mins before scheduled departure time.

Loved the look/vibe of the hotel. Room was super clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was so kind. Shuttle service was fantastic.
Location good for airport but not a location well-suited for exploring the city.

Close to the Airport
Couldn’t check in because no one was on Reception when we arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes.

Nice decor but that’s what you were paying for. Clean and quiet.
Shuttle bus was chaotic and travelling to hotel was carnage. No room for luggage. No kettle in room. Restaurant very expensive as were drinks to buy. When I’ve stayed in ibis styles before we always had free tea/coffee. No internet connection!
