We had a nice stay in this hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. There are two things that cause me to rate this less than five stars. First is the airport shuttle. It is included with the room, but only runs every half hour whether leaving from the hotel or the airport. The problem is that the shuttle is too small to accommodate so many travelers. On the way from the airport, it was standing room only, and I had to hold my luggage between my legs. On the way from the hotel, we saw the crowd waiting and just ordered an Uber. Since part of the reason we got this hotel was for the shuttle, this was disappointing and an unexpected expense. The second issue is the cost of food at the hotel. There are few restaurant options near the hotel, so without competition, the hotel seems to charge a premium for food.

Wonderful breakfast buffet opened at 6:30am. Staff was very helpful allowing me to enter my room 1 hour early. They also directed me to a green park to explore while I waited for my room to be ready. I was able to walk there. The hotel is like new and very modern. My room was very clean and comfortable with free coffee and fridge. There is a bistro in the lobby with good food and a bar. The airport shuttle provided by the hotel was very good, running every 30 minutes as I recall. I will stay there again when I fly out of Schiphol airport!
